You guys, TODAY is release day!! Woohoo!! I do hope you’ll buy this book and read it. Oh my goodness, all the stories are wonderful. You’ll be seeing my review in the next several days – have a lot of catch up work to do first.

Here is the final character spotlight, Livy Rikes from Pepper Basham’s novella Facade! Even though we are featuring only her, I decided to show you this particular picture. You’ll see why below. Yep, another fan needed!

Story title: Façade

Character name: Livy Rakes

Role in story: Heroine – professor-turned-spy

Likes: books, teaching, intellectually stimulating conversation, Jonathan ?

Dislikes: Wasting time, change, not a big fan of makeup, social expectations that don’t have a deeper purpose.

Livy has insecurities she hides behind her intellect. She’s also appealing because she doesn’t always read social cues the right way – in other words…her head is much more prepared for life than her heart.
