His Encouragement – Soar Like Eagles

Happy Friday reader friends! Welcome to another edition of His Encouragement, a weekly post my blogger friends and I do to lift your spirits and help you get through your week! Sorry I’m a day late…..the day just rolled on by and I totally forgot.

I don’t know about you, but I am a HUGE music lover. Music does so much for me. It calms my soul. It enriches my worship. It speaks to my heart. It makes me happy. It lifts me up. I could go on and on.

Meredith Andrews has a song called Soar that I absolutely love. It’s based off of Isaiah 40:31.

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary, and they shall walk, and not faint.

Isaiah 40:31

You all know I’ve been going through some stuff lately, and honestly it’s continued into this week. Only God knows how long this will go on for. BUT….I can wait upon Him to renew my strength. Andrews says in her song “I know with everything you’re with me. I know you’re working as I wait.” God is right here beside me, and He’s right there beside you friends.

I don’t know what’s going on in your life, but I do know that God pointed this verse out to me for a reason. I encourage you to look at it closely. I encourage you to listen to Meredith’s song. In fact, I’ll post it here so you can!

I pray that these words would speak to your heart, in whatever you are going through right now. You are not alone friends. God WILL see you through this. He will lift you up!
