A Christmas to Remember Spotlight – The Cowboy’s Christmas Reunion

Oh my friends, you are in for a Christmas treat today. Author Valerie Comer has decided to share a photo of her hunky hero, who happens to be a cowboy. Any cowboy fans out there? I’m not talking about the football team either 😉 Valerie’s story in the A Christmas to Remember Collection is called The Cowboy’s Christmas Reunion. Guys, it’s about a Cowboy Santa program. Need I say more?

About the Author

Valerie Comer’s life on a small farm in western Canada provides the seed for stories of contemporary Christian romance. Like many of her characters, Valerie grows much of her own food and is active in the local foods movement as well as her church. She only hopes her imaginary friends enjoy their happily-ever-afters as much as she does hers, shared with her husband, adult kids, and adorable granddaughters.

Valerie is a USA Today bestselling author and a two-time Word Award winner. She writes engaging characters, strong communities, and deep faith into her green clean romances.

Now, the moment you’ve all been waiting for. A chance to meet Kade Delgado, hunky cowboy from The Cowboy’s Christmas Reunion.

About Kade Delgado

I’m Kade Delgado, middle son of Russ and Gloria, who own Eaglecrest Ranch near Saddle Springs, Montana. My job is cowboy, I guess you’d  say — riding the range, fixing fences, rounding up stock, and anything else that might need doing on any given day. My other job is taking care of my young son, Jericho.

I’ve been left high and dry twice now. My first fiancĂ©e ran a week before our wedding. A few years later I married and became a dad, but then my wife passed away. There’s more to the tale than that, of course, but you’d have to read the story to get the details! Jericho and I have been plugging along ever since, doing just fine, thanks, not looking for a woman, even though my mom figures we need someone to “complete” our life.

It’s taken a long time to forgive the girl who jilted me six and a half years ago. It turns out, I hadn’t completely succeeded, but I only figured that out when she slid off the highway into Saddle Springs in a winter snowstorm and back into my life
with a nearly six-year-old daughter in tow. I did the math and didn’t like the results. And before you ask, no, the child isn’t mine.

So now what? Some of my friends and I had just agreed to run the church’s Cowboy Santa program, helping old folks and single moms have a good Christmas. Isn’t it just like God to put Cheri Mackenzie on my Christmas list?

So……what do you think of our hero Kade?
