Good morning reading friends! Happy Friday! Not only is it Friday, but for us bankers, it’s the Friday before a three day weekend. Now that is cause for celebration! We’re probably going to take the Christmas tree down this weekend. It’s a bit early for us, but our cat keeps playing with it and to be honest, I’m tired of yelling at her!
On to the book world. I’m sharing a first line of a book on my TBR pile. I hope to dive into it this week and thought perhaps by sharing it here, it would give me a little motivation. I’ve heard some good things about it, so I’m hoping that’s a good sign 🙂

I was born twice. The first time was on July 9 to Paul and Mimi Haas in Cleveland, Ohio. My mother died six years later.
