Anna Babic Robbins, dubbed “The Rose Of The Adriatic” by pilgrims to her village, leaves her home bound for America. She is to deliver secrets concerning the fate of the world to a Chicago priest who will shepherd mankind to prepare to hear God speak.
Four women travel to Las Vegas, and while there, snow begins to fall during triple digit heat. They soon learn that the non-accumulating snowfall is a worldwide phenomenon—a universal sign from God preceding the gift of a permanent sign inexplicable by earthly standards.
With the culmination of these miraculous events, all their paths intersect, and God will reveal His plans to each soul on earth.
Will mankind listen?

Hello and welcome to the blog! Tell us about any research trips you took while working on this book.
Although three pilgrimages which we took together to historic and contemporary Marian apparitions’ sites didn’t start out as research trips, the history and beliefs in these special places and prayer in a Eucharistic chapel inspired Rose In the Desert and our other White Rose inspirational romance novels and novellas. The Croatian village of Valselo is an amalgam of events and miracles associated with Fatima, Portugal; Lourdes, France; and especially Medjugorje, Bosnia-Herzegovina. Physically, the fictional village of Valselo looks a lot like Medjugorje.
You can have dinner with any character, who would you pick? What would you eat? What would you talk about?
We would have dinner with Father Mark McKenzie. He’s a Chicago boy, so we’d go with Lou Malnati’s pizza to eat. Maybe include some Italian beef sandwiches, too. We’d have to know how he possibly managed to contain in his soul the magnificent secrets Our Lady revealed to him through Anna as he waited for God to manifest to humanity. As a priest subject to human frailty like all of us, how did it feel to absolutely know God when the universal sign occurred?
Favorite bible verse?
Psalm 46:10 “Be still and know that I am God.” It’s our centerpiece for prayer: stop the noise in our heads, the busy life concerns, the worry about problems, the constant barrage of fear. Just be still and know that God has this, He has us no matter what.
You’re on a stranded island and you can only have one book with you. What would you pick and why?
The Bible. Everything you need is right there.
What’s the weirdest thing you’ve written notes on for a story idea?
Our notes for a couple of our romantic suspense books comes to mind: poisons that would cause a fatal heart attack that are virtually undetectable during autopsy, drugs in a veterinary practice that would slowly paralyze a person to death, medical notes about damage from a knife in the eye are just a few.
